When we went from the warm weather front to the cold one we had 20 minutes of some of the worse turbulence I have experienced, though the pilot said it was only mild). I get very motion sick and after a frantic search of both my seat and the one next to me I couldn't find a sick bag. Luckily I was able to hold it, but that is a nightmare.
